Frequently asked questions
How are words counted?
Any group of characters separated by spaces or line breaks counts as one word.
How is reading time worked out?
It assumes about 200 words a minute for reading silently and 130 words a minute for speaking aloud.
How many characters fit in one SMS?
A single SMS holds 160 characters. Longer messages are split into parts, and some special characters shorten the limit.
How long should a page title and description be?
Aim for about 60 characters for a title and 155 to 160 for a description so search results do not cut them off.
