A school management system that brings student records, academics, fees and reporting for The Word Sanctified High School into one secure, role-based dashboard.
The Word Sanctified High School needed one system to run its day-to-day operations. I delivered a school management platform built on Laravel that gives administrators a single dashboard for students, teachers, parents and staff, with the school's key figures visible the moment they log in.
Behind the dashboard, the system covers the work a school does every day: student information and behaviour records, academics and lesson plans, study materials and a download center, bulk printing of documents, and fees. A finance view tracks income and expenses by month and by academic year, with amounts shown in both Liberian and US dollars.
Access is role-based, so different kinds of users see the tools that belong to them. The interface also offers language selection, notifications and messages, and a quick search by student name or admission number. A public website alongside the system presents the school online, with pages for about, courses, gallery, results, contact, student and teacher lists, and the academic calendar.
